We provide a one-on-one support to ensure every job seeker will have a smooth transition into the workplace. This process includes assistance in learning job-specific tasks, developing routines, and addressing challenges as they arise. To ensure job retention, we strive to do the following:
Every participant will receive a personalized plan tailored to their unique goals and abilities. From there, they will be paired with job coaches that meet those specific needs and foster trusting and supportive relationships with the job seeker.

Wings is proud to serve adults with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities who are seeking meaningful employment opportunities. This includes individuals who are struggling with mental health conditions, those who need extra support navigating the job search process, and those who are looking to develop their skills or gain workplace experience.
Individuals who participate in our Supported Employment Services must be connected with an approved funding source such as a Medicaid Waiver or the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
